Product specification

The options available, for each of our products, are described in detail on the respective pages within this website. These reflect the specification as defined by our product suppliers. From time to time it may be necessary to make a change to a product (eg. where a supplier makes changes to its own specification). We reserve the right to accept an alternative where that alternative is sympathetic and of a similar standard to that advertised. Otherwise, we will come back to you to discuss any variation.

Delivery and returns

Our quoted prices exclude delivery. We do only pass through the charges applied to us by the carriers. Simply get in touch, with your location and the product you are interested in, and we’ll be happy to get you a quote.

As we process every single order individually then please allow us a little extra time to ensure your product is processed with care. Delivery timescan vary so we would say to allow a couple of weeks at the moment, particularly for the fine art photos or extra finishes.

Finally, we hope that in all instances you will be completely happy with your product. If your package is damaged on arrival this should be clearly noted and recorded before accepting through the requisite delivery carrier. Take photos and note it as ‘damaged’ on any signature with the carrier. Without this, we are unable to pursue a claim for damage through mishandling.

The images we produce are printed to accurate digital colour standards by professional laboratories, to ensure the image is reproduced as it was intended. We have spent a good deal of time researching and working with the labs so we can be confident of a true representation every time. We would advise that in the unlikely event of a colour deviation, this is more likely to be attributable to having been viewed on an uncalibrated device/monitor/screen.

However, we really want our customers to be delighted with their purchase, so please do get in touch if you have any questions so we can work with you to try and find a solution. Please do give us a call.
